The success of any relationship or marriage depends entirely on the mutual efforts, communication, and compatibility between the bride and groom. Sameepam has no control over individual actions, outcomes, or decisions, and does not guarantee marriage or continued relationship success.

We strive to assist users through technological tools and human support wherever applicable. However, we do not act as a marriage agent or counselor, nor do we take responsibility for the outcome of any introductions or interactions facilitated through the platform.

4. Paid Services and Refund Policy

1. Sameepam offers both free and paid membership plans with different feature sets.
2. Paid plans are subject to the pricing and validity terms as listed on our website/app.
3. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical error or billing fraud, which will be reviewed by our support team.

5. Verification and Communication

1. Sameepam may verify submitted data (e.g., ID proof, photo) but does not guarantee the authenticity of all user-provided information.
2. You are advised to independently verify the credentials and intentions of any match before proceeding.

10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
